About currency displays in Sendlane
All revenue amounts displayed in Sendlane come directly from your eCommerce integration and represent the currency used in your store, even if you sometimes see a US dollar sign. The US dollar sign is the default currency option for all Sendlane accounts.
Sendlane does not re-calculate revenue or perform currency conversions when currency settings are changed; the new currency's symbol replaces the standard option of the US dollar sign with the symbol of whichever currency you selected.
When you change your account's default currency, the new currency symbol will appear:
- In the revenue sections of the dashboard
- In the lifetime value section of the Audience overview page
- In the revenue sections of campaign and automation reports
- As the pre-selected option in product and abandoned product blocks (default currency settings can be overridden in these blocks by selecting a different currency)
