Understanding the Audience Dashboard

Your Audience dashboard is a great way to quickly review your account's audience health and gain insights into your marketing strategy's performance. Read on to learn about all the data available on your Audience dashboard!

Behavior

Use the reporting period dropdown to select a preset reporting period or select Custom to set your own reporting period.

  • Growth - Shows the number of Contacts who subscribed and unsubscribed on a given day
  • Opens & Clicks - Shows the number of opens and clicks on a given day
  • Overall Health - Shows the average overall, Campaign, and Automation open and click rate

Contact Stats

  • Email Summary - Shows the total number of email Contacts, plus the total number of Contacts by their email subscription status
  • Phone Summary - Shows the total number of phone Contacts, plus the total number of Contacts by their SMS subscription status
  • Breakdown by domain - Shows a breakdown of email Contacts by the Contacts' inbox provider
  • Contact Source - Shows a breakdown of Contacts and how they were added to your account

Revenue

  • Lifetime Value - Shows your Audience's lifetime value in the selected reporting period
  • Average Value - Shows your Audience's average value in the selected reporting period
  • Campaigns - Shows the revenue generation of your Campaigns in the selected reporting period
  • Automations - Shows the revenue generation of your Automations in the selected reporting period
