Overview

Sendlane's Beacon tracking pixel provides general website activity tracking and the option to create specific events for certain pages.

Read on to learn how to create specific Beacon events, which can be used to trigger automations, create segments, and more.

Set up tracking for specific events

  1. Click Account 

  2. Click Beacon to Head to the Beacon tab of your Account page

  3. Click Create Event 

  4. Enter a Name and Description

  5. Click Save 

  6. Click the code icon 

  7. Click Copy Code

  8. Paste the script in the header tag of any page (or page template) you want to track visits to
