How to solve login issues

Last updated: April 3, 2025

Overview

If you're having trouble logging into your Sendlane account, try the techniques below.

Change your password

If you're getting an incorrect password error, you can change your Sendlane password and attempt to log in again.

See 📄 How to change your Sendlane passwordfor more details.

Clear your cache and cookies

If you don't see an error when trying to log in, you can try clearing your cache and cookies.

We highly recommend Chrome for using Sendlane. See instructions for clearing your cache and cookies in Chrome here.

Send a recording of your login attempt to Sendlane

If clearing your cache and cookies didn't allow you to log in and you're not seeing an error message when you try to log in, create a screen recording with the browser console open to send to your implementation manager, customer success manager, or Sendlane support.

This helps Sendlane see if backend errors occur when you try to log in and can help our developers find the issue, if there is one.

Request to have your 2FA disabled

In rare instances, such as after you've changed two-factor authentication providers, you may experience a problem logging into Sendlane without an identifiable error message or errors in your browser console.

If you're trying to log into Sendlane and don't see an error message, try asking your implementation manager, customer success manager, or Sendlane support to disable your 2FA. Turn 2FA back on when you log in.
