What to do if you don't have a business website or email

To use Sendlane you must have a business website and email address. Free email/inbox providers like Gmail, Yahoo, or Microsoft cannot be used to create a Sendlane account.

All data processing and privacy regulations (including but not limited to CAN-SPAM) require a custom domain email address to be used for marketing purposes.

If you don't have a business website or email address, read on for recommended next steps!

  1. Select a domain provider - We recommend GoDaddy, Cloudflare, or Namecheap.

  2. Purchase your domain - Domain providers allow you to search for and purchase any available domain. Choose a domain that clearly represents your business.

  3. Create an email address using your new domain - GoDaddy, Cloudflare, and Namecheap make this process simple!
