What's new?

This week we released a power-up for conditional splits that allows you to merge paths back to a single flow, and a report for automation wait nodes that tells you who is waiting!

New features

• ✨ Merge conditional split paths - You can now merge conditional split paths back into one flow. Check out How to use conditional splits in automations for all the details.

• ✨ New automation wait node report! - In every wait node, you can now see a searchable list of contacts who are waiting for the next action in an automation. Check out How to use wait nodes in automations for all the details.

Improvements & fixes

• Verification for reply-to email addresses - Due to new Microsoft requirements, reply-to email addresses in sender profiles must be verified before they can be used to send email. See all the details in How to create and manage sender profiles.

• Refactored GET contact segments endpoint - We've refactored our get contact segments API call to avoid intermittent slow queries. You should not notice any changes and do not need to make any updates.

• Removed is/is not options for Shopify - There was previously a single select option for Shopify segment, conditional split, goals, trigger filter, and end automation settings options. Since we also have in/not in options which allow for the selection of one single or multiple products, we've removed the is/is not option for clarity. If you used the is/is not options for Shopify conditions in segments, conditional splits, goals, trigger filters, or end automation settings, you'll need to update them to use in/not in .
