Installing multiple instances of Sendlane Reviews
Each instance of Sendlane Reviews requires the following:
- Its own Shopify, BigCommerce, or custom eCommerce integration*; you must integrate each Shopify or BigCommerce store you want to use Sendlane Reviews for
- Its own installation; each instance of Sendlane Reviews uses a unique token
*Custom integrations cannot connect WooCommerce stores to Sendlane Reviews.
Navigating between instances Sendlane Reviews
To connect Sendlane Reviews to a new store:
- Complete the Shopify or BigCommerce integration
- Click the Reviews icon
- Under Reviews, click the dropdown
- Click + Store
- Select your store
- Click Continue
- Proceed with installing the reviews script and widgets!
