How to view an individual contact's time zone

You can view a contact's time zone in their contact profile.
Read on to learn how contacts' time zones are determined and where to find it in their profile.
How contact time zones are set
Contacts' time zones are determined using the following methods. If the first is unavailable, the second is set, and so on.
The zip code of the shipping or billing address on file for the contact in your eCommerce integration (depending on which default you selected when you integrated)
The contact's area code
The IP address as determined by the contact's latest click on a tracking link
The default time zone associated with the contacts' country
Scheduled campaigns are sent in the account's local timezone if none of the above attributes are available.
View a contact's time zone
To view an individual contact's time zone:
In the left sidebar, click the Audience icon
Click the Contacts tab
Search for your contact
Click the gray arrow in the View column
