How to create a list from message report results

Overview

Campaign and automation message reports contain groups of contacts based on contacts' interaction with the message, such as contacts who opened, clicked, bounced, and more.

You might want to send follow up messages to a group of these contacts, or re-send a campaign to the group of contacts who were skipped due to time zone or smart sending settings.

Using the Create List button on the report page is the quickest way to turn your report groups into ready-to-use lists.

Create a list from a message report

To create a list from a message report:

  1. Open the report

  2. Click into the audience group tab you want to turn into a list

  3. Click the Create List button

  4. Enter a name for your new list

  5. Click Create

List statistics may not be immediately available for your new list

It can take up to 15 minutes for list statistics to populate in lists created from audience groups.
