How to Integrate LiveChat and Sendlane

Overview

LiveChat is a premium live chat and help desk software, with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface.

By integrating Sendlane and LiveChat, emails captured as leads that chat in for support will automatically be transferred to your desired list in Sendlane.

Before getting started

  • Create a LiveChat account

  • Create a keyword

  • Create a list in your Sendlane account

Connecting LiveChat and Sendlane

  1. Log into LiveChat

  2. Click Marketplace

  3. Search for and click on Sendlane

  4. Click Install Now

  5. Enter your Sendlane Subdomain, API and Hash Keys

  6. Click Connect with Sendlane

  7. A dropdown menu will appear with your Lists from Sendlane. Select the List with which you want LiveChat to share collected leads.

  8. Click Connect Sendlane with LiveChat
