What's new?

This week we released features that make it easier to create audiences based on contacts' interaction with messages and update custom fields within automations!

New features

  • Create a list from message report groups - You can now create a list from any audience group on a campaign or automation message report. Check out How to create a list from message report results for all the details.

  • New automation action! Update custom fields in automations! - You can now add an action to any point in your automation to update the value for a custom field on a contact's profile. Check out all the details here.

Improvements & fixes

  • Polish, polish, polish - Our designers released a veritable flood of polished interface updates across the app this week. We hope you enjoy the aesthetic delights!

  • Updated Facebook Audience and Google APIs - We updated our connection to Facebook and Google this week to their APIs latest iterations. You should not notice this one bit.

  • Abandoned cart block dynamic naming - Previously, the abandoned cart email builder block was called "Abandoned cart" no matter what kind of automation it was used in. Now, that block's name is associated with the trigger being used; when you use an abandoned cart trigger the block will be called Cart Abandoned, when you use the abandoned checkout trigger it will be called Checkout Abandoned, and so on.

  • SMS tracking link visual update - Previously, tracking links in SMS messages were highlighted with a rounded green box around the link. Now, tracking links appear in blue text.
