How to stop and restart a campaign

Overview
SMS and email campaigns can be stopped and restarted in case an issue with a campaign is discovered after it has started sending.

How to stop a campaign that is sending
When a campaign is sending (has a blue Sending badge in the Status column of the campaigns page) you'll see a stop icon in the Actions column.
To stop a campaign that is sending:
Click the stop icon in the Actions column
Click Stop Campaign
Important: You can only stop campaigns that are currently in "Sending" status. Once a campaign reaches "Completed" status, it cannot be stopped or recalled as all emails have already been sent to recipients.
How to restart a Campaign
If it has been less than 24 hours since the campaign was stopped, the campaign can be restarted via the Restart icon on the campaigns page.

Once a campaign has finished sending and shows a "Completed" status, it is no longer possible to:
Stop the campaign
Edit campaign content or images
Modify the campaign name
If you need to send an updated version of a completed campaign, you can clone the original campaign and make your changes to the new copy.
Click the Restart icon in the Actions column
Click Restart Campaign
