How to change a form’s sign up list or tags

Overview

Sendlane Forms allow you to select a list to add contacts to when they submit the form and add specified tags to contacts who submit the form.

Read on to learn how to edit the list(s) and tag(s) associated with a form!

To edit a form’s subscription list(s) or tag(s), use the Subscription List and Tags dropdowns to select or remove the form’s subscription list(s) or tag(s).
