Understanding imports and exports

Overview

Track the progress of your recent import or export on the Imports & Exports tab of the Audience page!

Imports and exports

For each Import and Export, you'll see:

• Type Import or Export

• Status Pending, Completed, or Failed

• Summary Lists that Contacts were imported to or exported from and the date of the import or export

• Details

  • Imports - File name and counts of Contacts that were Attempted, Duplicates, and Suppressed

  • Exports - File name and count of Contacts

You can download any import or export by clicking the download icon next to its name.
