How to stop and restart a Campaign

Overview

SMS and email Campaigns can be stopped and restarted in case an issue with a Campaign is discovered after it has started sending. Read on to learn how to stop and restart Campaigns!

How to stop a Campaign that is sending

When a Campaign is sending (has a blue Sending badge in the Status column of the Campaigns page) you'll see a stop icon in the Actions column. To stop a Campaign that is sending:

  1. Click the stop icon in the Actions column
  2. Click Stop Campaign

How to restart a Campaign

If it has been less than 24 hours since the Campaign was stopped, the Campaign can be restarted via the Restart icon on the Campaigns page. To restart a Campaign:

  1. Click the Restart icon in the Actions column
  2. Click Restart Campaign
