How to Export Reviews from BigCommerce

Reviews exported from BigCommerce are compatible with Sendlane Reviews! Read on to learn how to export reviews from BigCommerce.

Install the Product Review Importer & Exporter

  1. Log in to your BigCommerce account
  2. Click here to view the Product Review Importer & Exporter app
  3. Click Get This App
  4. Click Log In
  5. Click Continue
  6. Click Install
  7. Click Confirm

Export Reviews From BigCommerce

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  2. Click Export to CSV
  3. Click the link that appears in the Last import results bar to download your .CSV file
