From inside the Sendlane app

To access Sendlane support while logged into the Sendlane app:

  1. At the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar, click the chat bubble icon
  2. To find answers on your own, click Answers at the top of the chat widget
  3. To send an email, click Email
  4. To start chatting immediately, click Chat

From the knowledge base

To access Sendlane support from the knowledge base home page, any category page, or any article:

  1. In the bottom left of the screen, click the chat bubble icon
  2. To find answers on your own, click Answers at the top of the chat widget
  3. To send an email, click Email
  4. To start chatting immediately, click Chat
