Chat inside the Sendlane app

To access Sendlane support chat while logged into the Sendlane app:

  1. At the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar, click the chat bubble icon

  2. To find answers on your own, use the search bar to search the knowledge base

  3. To start chatting immediately, click Start new chat
