How to Reply to Reviews in Your Store


Sendlane Reviews includes the ability to comment on reviews to thank customers for their positive reviews or address issues for negative reviews! Read on to learn how to set your store name and avatar, and how to publicly reply to a review.

Set Store Name and Avatar

Update your store's profile name and avatar on the Store Profile tab.

In the Avatar Name field, enter the name you want to display when replying to reviews. Click the Avatar Icon checkbox to enable an icon for your comments, then click the uploader to select an image. Preview your store's profile in the right hand sidebar.

Reply to a Review

Reply to reviews by clicking the Reviews tab, selecting a Review, and clicking Add Comment. Only one comment can be added per Review.
