I Can't Login to My Sendlane Account!
If you're unable to log in to your Sendlane account, or have forgotten your password, follow these steps:
Resetting your password
- Click here to visit our password reset page
- Enter the email address that you use to log in to your Sendlane account
- Check your inbox for an email titled "Account Password Recovery"
What to do if you haven't received your password reset email
- Make sure that the email address you're entering is the one that you use to log in to your Sendlane account. Also, be sure that there are no typos or extra spaces added, and then send the email again
- Check your spam folder (or Gmail's 'Promotions' folder)
