How to Export Reporting Data

Reporting data can now be exported if you want to keep a record of your marketing statistics!

You can export data like who the emails were sent to, open, and click rates along with any bounces or contacts that didn't open your messages.

In this article, we'll cover how to export data for:

For these examples, we will be exporting our  Bounced emails. 

Please Note

Exporting your bounces is a great first step to boost your open rates. If you then upload the list of bounced emails into Suppression, you'll keep your sender stats clean, and deliverability high!

Just remember: adding contacts to the suppression list cannot be undone.


Export Reporting Data for Campaigns

  1. Begin by navigating to the Campaigns tab, then select View Report for the email you're interested in
  2. Inside of the main Reporting area for the email, navigate to the tab that contains the data you'd like to export and select Export As CSV 
  3. Click Export and your export will begin processing right away!
Please Note

Exports under 20k rows will download immediately, anything larger will be sent via email.

Depending on the number of contacts you're exporting, the file may not be available immediately. Please allow time for the larger files to process and be delivered to your inbox!

Once the export is complete, you'll also see a record of the file in the Imports & Exports tab of your account!


Export Reporting Data for Automation Emails

  1. Begin by navigating to Automations then open the Automation you're interested in
  2. Click into the Email node you'll be exporting data for and select View Report
  3. Inside of the main Reporting area for the email, navigate to the tab that contains the data you'd like to export and select Export As CSV 
  4. Click Export and your export will begin processing right away!

Once the export is complete, you'll also see a record of the file in the Imports & Exports tab of your account!


TL;DR

Campaigns → Find Campaign → View Report → Select Tab → Export as CSV

Automations → Find Automation → Open → Select Email → View Report → Select Tab → Export as CSV
