The Click Through rate is generated in response to engagement with a specific email by contacts. This rate is calculated by the percentage of recipients that click a web link incorporated into the email message. To calculate the click-through rate, divide the volume of opens/clicks by the number of emails dispatched – multiply this number by 100 to express the outcome as a percentage.
