How Do I Upgrade/Downgrade My Subscription?

In order to upgrade or downgrade your Sendlane™ account, you will first want to login to your account Dashboard.

Then click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and then click on the “Billing & Upgrade” section in the drop-down menu.

Scroll down until you locate the sectioned titled, “Want to Choose a Different Plan?” Select the plan you wish to upgrade to by clicking the blue “Upgrade” button associated with the plan of your choice. Follow the final prompts to complete your upgrade or downgrade.
